This must be the worst kept secret since Eve hid a half-eaten apple behind her back when the boss came calling.

Yes, I have - finally - updated the ranked Top 50 list of blogs by Australian writers. it has been over a year since the last update due to Technorati completely destroying the ranking system by deciding to change how it does business.

Last November - hence the bizarre facial hair as part of the Movember charity campaign - I was interviewed by Bluewire Media - a Queensland web design agency - as part of their Plugged In interview series.

So where is the latest update of the Top 50 Australian writing blogs, you may be asking? Yes, an update is due, and no, it isn't happening anytime soon.

Some of you have already been contacting me on realising that Technorati has completely destroyed their usefulness by changing the nature of their scoring system.

...as David Bowie would say, producing great music and providing comfort to stammerers everywhere.

Regular readers may have noticed that I regularly tinker with and adjust this blog in an effort for continuous improvement. The latest changes involve a big change to the comments system that should hopefully provide greater interactivity and more ways for you to get involved.
